The Why

Lots of Kettlebell work day!! The kettlebell is a fantastic tool to build strength, endurance, and burn crazy amounts of fat! It is also super simple to use and less taxing on the body. Today’s AMRAPS involve different types of KB movements mixed in with some monostructral work in double unders. Have fun with this one. Focus on your form. Keep it smooth and tight. When done correctly the KB will recruit all different kinds of muscle groups for your benefit. Keep the pace controlled but quick as 9 minutes will go by fast. But then again time always flys when you are having fun.
